Delivery Policy
In-stock Products:
Products that are available in stock will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.
You can expect delivery within 5–7 business days (depending on your location).
Out-of-stock / On-demand Products:
For products not currently in stock (made on order or sourced on demand), dispatch will take 4–5 business days.
Delivery may take up to 7–10 business days in such cases.
We will inform you via WhatsApp or email if there is any unexpected delay in your order dispatch.
Return Policy
Return is allowed only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Return will be processed only if an unboxing video is provided, clearly showing the damage from the moment the parcel is opened.
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original packaging with tags intact
Accompanied by the original invoice
No return will be accepted without proper unboxing video proof.
Items Not Eligible for Return
No unboxing video
Change of mind or dislike in color/design
Products purchased on sale or discounts
Custom or altered products
Return requested after 48 hours
Refund & Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process:
A refund to your original payment method, or
A coupon/store credit for future use, or
A replacement item (subject to availability)
The process may take 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
