At Mirjara, we ensure quality checks before shipping. In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the guidelines below.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective at delivery. A complete unboxing video (from opening the package) is mandatory and must be shared within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email. The product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by the invoice. No return will be accepted without an unboxing video.
Exchanges:
If the item is damaged or incorrect, and a valid unboxing video is provided, we offer an exchange of the same or similar product, subject to availability. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- No unboxing video
- Color or fabric dislike due to screen differences
- Discounted or sale items
- Customized/altered products
- Delayed request after 48 hours
Return Pickup/Courier:
If approved, we will assist with pickup or courier guidance. If pickup is not available, the customer may need to courier the item. Shipping charges may apply if the issue is not on our end.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product verification and are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
