How do I find a product?

Use the search bar at the top of the site to look up products by name, color, fabric, or style. You can also browse by categories like Bandhani, Paithani, Cotton, Dola, and more.

Can I save products to my wishlist?

Yes. On any product page, click “Add to Wishlist” to save it for later. You can view your wishlist from the header.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

If a product is in stock, you’ll see the “Add to Cart” button. For out-of-stock or on-demand items, we show appropriate notices or provide an option to be notified.

Can I purchase as a guest?

Yes, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you store addresses, track orders, and access offers faster.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways with encrypted connections.

Can I use a coupon code?

Yes. Apply your coupon in the discount field during checkout. One coupon can be used per order unless specified.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, you can retry or choose another method. Ensure your card/UPI has sufficient balance and is enabled for online transactions.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually dispatch in 2–4 working days. Typical delivery is 7–12 working days from dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier route (air/surface).

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship to most serviceable PIN codes in India. Please enter a complete address, a valid 10-digit mobile number, and the correct PIN code to avoid delays.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with the tracking number and courier partner details to track in real time.

What about delays or exceptions?

During festivals, extreme weather, or unforeseen logistics issues, delays can occur. We’ll keep you informed and appreciate your patience.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective at delivery. An unboxing video showing the damage from the moment you open the parcel is mandatory. Read - Return Policy

Window: Raise the request within 3 days of delivery.

How do I request a return?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days with your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video. We’ll guide you through pickup/return steps.

What are the return conditions?
  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original packaging with tags intact
  • Original invoice included
  • Valid unboxing video proof
Who pays for return shipping?

If the issue is on our side (damaged/incorrect item with valid proof), we arrange or advise on return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

After inspection of the returned item, we can provide:

  • Refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit/coupon, or
  • Replacement of the same/similar item (subject to availability)

Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

What items are not eligible for return?
  • No unboxing video
  • Change of mind/dislike of color or design (screen variations)
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Requests after 3 days of delivery
