Return & Exchange Policy
At MirJara, we ensure that every saree we ship is thoroughly quality-checked and securely packed. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to help - under the conditions mentioned below.
Returns
- Return is allowed only if the product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- To be eligible for return, you must provide a complete unboxing video - from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the damage.
- The video must be shared with us within 3 Days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Note: Without an unboxing video, no return request will be accepted — no exceptions.
Exchanges
- If the received item is damaged or incorrect, and proper unboxing video proof is provided, we will offer an exchange of the same or similar item (subject to availability).
- An exchange request must also be made within 3 Days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- No unboxing video provided
- Color or fabric dislike (due to screen variations)
- Items purchased during discounts or sales
- Customized or altered products
- Delay in reporting (after 3 Days of delivery)
Return Pickup / Courier
- If the return is approved, we will guide you for pickup or return shipping.
- In case courier pickup is not available, the customer may be asked to courier the product back.
- Return shipping charges may apply if the issue is not from our side.
Refunds
- After receiving and verifying the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Refund process takes 5–7 business days.
