Return & Exchange Policy

At MirJara, we ensure that every saree we ship is thoroughly quality-checked and securely packed. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to help - under the conditions mentioned below.

Returns

  • Return is allowed only if the product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible for return, you must provide a complete unboxing video - from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the damage.
  • The video must be shared with us within 3 Days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original packaging with tags intact
    • Accompanied by the original invoice

Note: Without an unboxing video, no return request will be accepted — no exceptions.

Exchanges

  • If the received item is damaged or incorrect, and proper unboxing video proof is provided, we will offer an exchange of the same or similar item (subject to availability).
  • An exchange request must also be made within 3 Days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Color or fabric dislike (due to screen variations)
  • Items purchased during discounts or sales
  • Customized or altered products
  • Delay in reporting (after 3 Days of delivery)

Return Pickup / Courier

  • If the return is approved, we will guide you for pickup or return shipping.
  • In case courier pickup is not available, the customer may be asked to courier the product back.
  • Return shipping charges may apply if the issue is not from our side.

Refunds

  • After receiving and verifying the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Refund process takes 5–7 business days.
